Therapeutic Massage

90 Minutes - When you want to feel like a new person! A balanced session of thoroughly working out tense areas and being pampered  $105

60 Minutes - The most popular choice. Have your problem areas addressed and still feel like a million bucks  $75

30 Minutes - You need a break! Whether you have a headache, are on lunch break, or just don't have the time for a longer massage, this will hold you over  $45

Prescribed and Medically Necessary Massage

15 Minutes - Includes prescribed/advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Massage techniques $30-$50

TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) Treatment

30 Minutes - This massage is specifically for anyone with TMJ Dysfunction.  It starts with a 10-15 minute intra-oral massage on the muscles connected to the TMJ since it is necessary to treat the root of the TMJ Dysfunction.  Sanitary latex gloves are worn during this 15 minute procedure.  The remaining time is spent on tense muscles, pressure points, and trigger points in the face, head, neck, shoulders, and upper back. $55

60 Minutes - If you experience ongoing back and shoulder tension or pain, it is recommended that you extend your massage session by 30 minutes of Therapeutic Massage.   The extra time spent on your back, shoulders, and neck will be more effective in reducing the pain, tension, spasms, trigger points, and discomfort associated with TMJ Dysfunction. $95

  COUPLE'S MASSAGE

Enjoy a massage with your partner for a special occasion or for a much needed break from everyday stress.  The Therapist will utilize some or all of the Therapeutic Massage techniques during each of your 60 minute or 90 minute massage.   

(2) Massages - At this time there is only one LMT available, so one of you will receive the massage first, then the other: Starting at $150

 If you do require two Massage Therapists, please inform Sara prior to setting up the appointments.  Since scheduling two Therapists takes more planning, please make any requests a week in advance and we will accommodate you both as soon as possible.
