Sara LeFiles has been a licensed and insured Massage Therapist since 1998.

She studied anatomy and physiology, modalities related to massage, and advanced massage therapy techniques

at the Florida College of Natural Health in Altamonte Springs, FL.  

From there, she went on to take Continuing Education courses every year in

different techniques to compliment her massages. 

Being a licensed Massage Therapist since 1998 has allowed her time to be able to expand her techniques to include Deep Tissue, 

Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, Trigger point, Sports, myofascial, pre-natal, and TMJ massage.

 Every massage is tailored to fit the needs of the client and is usually a mix of the different styles learned. 

Sara has experience working with a variety of people with a wide range of physical complaints.

From professional athletes to business professionals, from care-givers to those who need care,  

and from the elderly to children; she had worked on them all.
