Sara LeFiles has been a licensed and insured Massage Therapist since 1998.  

   Thanks to the Florida College of Natural Health in Altamonte Springs, FL and Continuing Education courses, she has been able to expand her techniques to include Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, Trigger point, Sports, myofascial, pre-natal, and TMJ massage.  

   Every massage is tailored to fit the needs of the client and is usually a mix of the different techniques learned .  

    Throughout her career, Sara has worked with clients involved in a wide spectrum of jobs including professional athletes, such as, Darryl Armstrong, Tracy MacGrady, Grant Hill, and Horace Grant.         

     She is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA), American Massage Council, ACN Group, and American Specialty Health Networks (ASHN).
